Questions about analysing LinkedIn pages
How do you analyse a LinkedIn company page?
Paste the company’s LinkedIn page URL. We read its most recent public posts, count how often and when it publishes and in which formats, then use AI to group the posts into themes, pick out announcements such as launches, partnerships, events and hiring, and write a short summary. Every point links back to the post it came from.
Can I analyse a competitor’s LinkedIn page?
Yes. The analyzer works on any public LinkedIn company page, including competitors, customers, partners and prospects. You do not need to follow the company or sign in to LinkedIn.
What metrics can I see on a LinkedIn company page?
For pages you do not manage, LinkedIn shows public information only: follower count, the posts themselves, and visible reactions, comments and reposts. Impressions, reach and click data are private to the page’s admins, so this tool does not show them and does not estimate them.
How do I track competitors on LinkedIn?
Checking their pages by hand works for one or two companies. It stops working when you follow ten, because the posts that matter are spread across company pages and the people who work there. LIMA lets you put those companies and people in one custom feed and sends you a brief each evening and a movement report each Monday.
What is the difference between a LinkedIn page analysis and ongoing competitor monitoring?
An analysis is a snapshot of recent posts on one page. Monitoring reads every new post from many companies and people, every day, and tells you what changed: a new theme, a hiring push, a page that went quiet. This tool does the first. LIMA does the second.
Is this LinkedIn company page analyzer free?
Yes. You can run up to three analyses a day without an account or a credit card. Results for the same company are cached for 24 hours.
